Screw you, Heidi Klum!

redblackbrown is a group of minneapolis-based designers committed to developing a culture of exploration and creativity through personal work and collaboration.

Despite being smack in the middle of the land of 10,000 blondes, there’s not a blonde in sight among the founding members of the collective.

the collective

Bill Burns
Bill started out as an english teacher, then decided to become a folk singer. Tragically he discovered he cannot sing and play the guitar at the same time. So he turned his creative angst to design. He likes booze and guitar. Better when it’s together.

Zara Gonzalez
An interactive designer by day and a monster drawer by night, she’s fascinated by Asian culture, street art, and graffiti. In addition to working with the collective she’s currently embarking on an insane project that involves drawing every day. This task proved too difficult, but she has some other things in the works and has been drawing on post-it notes instead.

Colleen Meyer
Colleen is a print designer who doesn’t like the internets. She does like dirt bikes, cherry coke, and a good soccer slide tackle. She remains the gleefulest of gleeful.

Todd Zerger
Was not present to pen his bio, so he suffers at the hands of Zara and Jessica. Todd has a somewhat healthy obsession with chocolate, four-wheel drive station wagons and push-ups. Todd is also an interactive designer who wishes he were a print designer (that’s Jessica being snarky).
