so crazy that it actually works
alright. i’ll admit that i think ketchup is the most perfect condiment ever. i love it. i think i would be okay if it were actually classified as a vegetable (like the reagan administration tried). so i was thrilled to see the minimalist (aka mark bittman) feature it so highly in this recipe. i made it the other night with broccoli and scallions and it really was good.
so try it. if you dare.
