why, mr. eaves! i do declare, you are the most charming sans!

the brilliant folks at emigre have released mr. eaves sans and modern and i am deeply smitten. such a lovely companion for dear mrs. eaves. it definitely echos mrs. eaves, but creator zuzana licko clearly made adjustments so that mr. eaves has his own personality while retaining her note-worthy characteristics (like the low x-height, the loose spacing). check out a nice little comparison fearurette here.

but seriously. swoon.
