I’m in the midst of researching a number of chocolates for the chocolate and design series so I thought I’d pass along this post on Cool Hunting to hold you over. It was brought to my attention by rock star designer Barrett Haroldson. Mast Brother’s Chocolate looks like a cool little shop with an eye for design to match their taste for handcrafted chocolate. The bars are wrapped in patterned paper imported from Italy. But, there’s a catch. Y’up you guessed it – only available in New York. New York? Seriously? Well, when they’re ready for the big league I’m sure they’ll open a Minneapolis location.
